- You must wear a helmet when riding.
- You must be at least 18 years old to operate an electric scooter or have a valid driver's license.
- You must abide by all traffic laws and regulations, including stop signs, red lights, and speed limits.
- You cannot carry passengers on an electric scooter.
- You cannot ride an electric scooter under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
