Where is the tail light relay located on 2002 Chevrolet Prizm?

The 2002 Chevrolet Prizm doesn't have a dedicated tail light relay in the traditional sense like some older cars. The tail light circuit is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). Therefore, there's no single relay to locate. Problems with the tail lights are usually traced to the BCM, fuses, wiring, or the lights themselves.
