The coil packs in this engine are arranged in a wasted-spark configuration. This means each coil fires two cylinders. There isn't a simple "alignment" like you might see with individual coil-on-plug setups. Instead, the coil pack itself has two internal coils, each firing a separate cylinder. The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) controls which coil fires when to achieve the correct firing order. You won't be able to visually determine the firing order from the coil pack arrangement itself.
