Where do the coil packs plug in on a 1992 Chevy Lumina Euro 3.1 FI?

On a 1992 Chevy Lumina Euro with the 3.1L FI engine, the coil packs plug directly into the distributor cap. There's no separate coil pack with individual plugs like in later vehicles. The distributor cap sits atop the distributor, and the coil packs are *inside* the distributor. The spark plug wires then connect to the terminals on the distributor cap.
