Where is the water pump located on a 2000 Chevy Malibu v6 3.1 l?

On a 2000 Chevy Malibu with the 3.1L V6 engine, the water pump is located on the front of the engine, at the bottom, driven by the serpentine belt. It's generally quite close to the crankshaft pulley. You'll need to look at the front of the engine, facing the radiator, to see it clearly.
