The airbag module (also called the Airbag Control Module or ACM) on a 2000 Chrysler 300M is located
underneath the dashboard, on the passenger side. It's usually relatively close to the passenger's feet, but accessing it requires significant disassembly of the dashboard.
You should not attempt to access or repair the airbag module yourself. Airbag systems contain significant electrical charges that can cause serious injury or even death if mishandled. This work should only be performed by a qualified and trained technician.
