Where is the bank 1 sensor on a 2000 Chevy 1500?

On a 2000 Chevy 1500, the Bank 1 oxygen sensor (O2 sensor) is located on the exhaust manifold before the catalytic converter, on the passenger side of the engine. Bank 1 always refers to the side of the engine containing cylinder #1.
