To find the relevant fuses, you'll need to consult your owner's manual. It will have a fuse box diagram showing the location of all fuses and their corresponding circuits. Look for fuses related to "power windows," "power seats," or even general "body control module" circuits, as these are often intertwined. There will likely be one or more fuses in the under-hood fuse box and possibly another in the interior fuse box (usually located under the dashboard, often near the steering column).
Do not simply start pulling fuses. Identify the suspected circuit first using your owner's manual.
If checking the fuses doesn't reveal the problem, the issue is likely a more significant electrical problem with the window switch, window motor, or related wiring harness. You'll likely need a qualified mechanic to diagnose and repair this.
