Why is there water under a car when running air conditioner?

Water under a car with the air conditioner running is completely normal. It's condensation.

The air conditioner works by removing heat and moisture from the air inside the car. This moisture is condensed into water, which then drains out through a drain tube located somewhere under the car. You'll often see this most prominently after the AC has been running for a while in humid conditions.
