1.. Pull out the crown to stop the second hand.
2. Then, adjust the hour and minutes. You can do this by turning the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise.
3. Push the crown back to start the second hand.

There are three crown positions:
1. Normal position: This is the position when the crown is pushed in all the way. The watch is running normally in this position.
2. First position: This is the position when the crown is pulled out halfway. The second hand stops moving in this position, and you can set the hour and minutes.
3. Second position: This is the position when the crown is pulled out all the way. The watch is stopped in this position, and you can set the date.
To change the crown position, simply pull the crown out or push it in. _Be sure to push the crown back in securely after you are done adjusting the watch._
