Where is fuse for lighters 2005 Pontiac G-6?

The fuse for the lighter in a 2005 Pontiac G6 is located in the underhood fuse block. It's *not* in the interior fuse box. Consult your owner's manual for the exact location and amperage of the fuse within that block; the manual will have a diagram showing the fuse layout.
