Where is the PCM on 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport?

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) on a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport is located under the dashboard, on the passenger side. It's usually somewhat difficult to access, often requiring removal of parts of the dashboard or glove box.
