Where is the starter on a 1999 Chrysler Concorde?

The starter on a 1999 Chrysler Concorde is located on the bottom of the engine, near the transmission bellhousing. To be more precise, you'll need to look on the passenger side (right side) of the engine, fairly low down. Accessing it usually requires working from underneath the vehicle.
