Where is the location of ignition control module on a 98 Chevy S-10 pick up?

The ignition control module (ICM) on a 1998 Chevy S-10 is integrated into the distributor. Unlike some vehicles where it's a separate component, the S-10's ICM is a part of the distributor itself. Therefore, you won't find a separate ICM unit. The distributor is located on the engine, usually near the back (firewall side).
