To locate it:
1. Consult your owner's manual: This is the best resource. It will have diagrams and specific instructions for your model year.
2. Look at the bottom of the radiator: The drain plug is usually a small, typically brass or plastic, plug or bolt. It might be on the driver's side, the passenger's side, or even in the center.
3. Look for a low point: The drain plug will be at the lowest point of the radiator to ensure complete draining.
4. Use a flashlight: It can be difficult to see under the car, especially if it's dark.
Important Note: Be prepared for hot coolant if the engine has been recently run. Allow the engine to cool completely before attempting to drain the radiator. Also, have a drain pan ready to catch the coolant.
