The drain plug for the radiator on a 1999 Chevrolet Astro van is located at the
bottom of the radiator, typically on the driver's side. However, it's not always easily visible. You might need to get down low and look carefully. Sometimes a splash shield or other underbody components might partially obscure it. A flashlight will definitely help.
