The rear blower motor resistor on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe is
located within the rear HVAC unit, itself located under the rear cargo area floor. You will likely need to remove some panels or trim pieces in the cargo area to access it. There isn't a readily accessible external location like there is for the front blower motor resistor. You'll have to access the HVAC unit itself.
