Where is the fuel filter located in a 1977 Corvette?

On a 1977 Chevrolet Corvette (regardless of engine type - L48, L78, or L82), the fuel filter is located in the fuel tank. It's not a replaceable, separate filter like on later models. The entire fuel pump assembly, which includes the filter, is a single unit within the tank.
