How long is a 1977 Chevy crew cab cab?

There's no such thing as a 1977 Chevy crew cab. Chevrolet didn't offer a crew cab (four-door) pickup truck until the 1973-1987 C/K series, but the crew cab option wasn't available until the later years of that generation. 1977 only offered regular and extended cabs.
