What is an RV cam?

An RV cam, short for Recreational Vehicle camera, is a camera system used on recreational vehicles (RVs) for safety and convenience. These systems typically include one or more cameras mounted on the RV, providing the driver with a view of areas that are otherwise difficult or impossible to see directly, such as:

* Rear view: A common feature for backing up and maneuvering in tight spaces.

* Side views: Help with lane changes and avoiding obstacles when driving.

* Blind spot monitoring: Alerts the driver to vehicles in their blind spots.

* Towing camera: Showing the trailer or towed vehicle's position.

RV cam systems can range from simple single-camera setups to complex multi-camera systems with advanced features like night vision, wide-angle lenses, and screen recording. The images are usually displayed on a monitor inside the RV's cab.
