Where is the coil pack on a 1999 ford van 5.4?

On a 1999 Ford E-Series van with the 5.4L Triton V8 engine, the coil packs are located on top of the spark plug tubes in the valley of the engine. The valley is the area between the two cylinder banks. You'll need to look down between the heads to see them. They are individual coil packs, one for each spark plug, and not a single unit like some vehicles use.
