On a 1995 Jeep Cherokee where is the switch that controls windshield wiper speeds?

On a 1995 Jeep Cherokee, the windshield wiper speed switch is located on the multi-function stalk on the left side of the steering column. This stalk usually also controls the turn signals, headlight high/low beams, and possibly other functions depending on the trim level. The wiper speed control will be a rotary dial or a series of positions on that stalk.
