When did Chevrolet put fuel injection on the 350 engine?

Chevrolet first offered fuel injection on the 350 small-block engine in 1982, as part of the TBI (Throttle Body Injection) system. While earlier 350s had other forms of fuel delivery, TBI marked the introduction of electronic fuel injection for that engine.
