1. Consult your owner's manual: This is the most reliable source. The manual will have a diagram showing the fuse box layout and a fuse legend indicating which fuse controls the rear window defroster.
2. Check the fuse box under the hood: Many vehicles have a primary fuse box under the hood. Look for a diagram on the inside of the fuse box lid.
3. Check the fuse box inside the vehicle (usually near the driver's side): Some vehicles also have a secondary fuse box inside the cabin. Again, check for a diagram.
