No, a TH350 transmission designed for a big-block Chevy will not directly fit a small-block Chevy. While the TH350 is used in both, the bellhousing bolt patterns are different. You'll need a big-block TH350 bellhousing on a big-block, and a small-block TH350 bellhousing on a small-block. Simply swapping the transmission without changing the bellhousing will not work.
