How is the Vortex Plus different from the Vortex Plug?
Vortex Plus includes an interlock mechanism and is UL 2252 certified by SGS for enhanced safety and performance during DC charging.
Is the interlock hard to use?
No. It activates automatically when you plug into a Supercharger, no extra steps are required.
Which vehicles can use this adapter?

Is it UL certified?
Yes. Vortex Plus is certified under UL 2252, tested by SGS, a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory.
Will this work with Level 2 Tesla chargers?
No. This adapter is for Tesla Superchargers only.
What can I do if excessively warm weather causes charging faults?
If charging faults occur due to excessive heat, let the charger and adapter cool down for about 30 minutes before retrying. This is a built-in safety feature.
