Where is the EGR valve located on a 1993 GMC safari van?

1. Open the hood of your Safari Van.

2. Locate the intake manifold. It's the large black component at the top of the engine.

3. Follow the exhaust pipe from the engine to the intake manifold. The EGR valve is located near where the exhaust pipe connects to the intake manifold.

4. There will be a small black canister with a hose connected to it. That is the EGR valve.
