Here is the location of the evap canister on a 2007 Kia Optima 4-cylinder

1. Open the hood of your Kia Optima.

2. Locate the fuel filler neck. It is on the passenger side of the vehicle, near the rear.

3. Follow the fuel filler neck down to the bottom. You should be able to see a black canister with hoses connected to it. This is the evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister.
