1. Park the Corolla in a level spot and turn off the engine. Allow it to cool completely before proceeding.
2. Locate the coolant drain plug. It is located on the bottom of the radiator or near the water pump.
3. Place a drain pan under the coolant drain plug.
4. Open the coolant drain plug. Be careful as hot coolant may come out.
5. Allow the coolant to drain completely.
6. Close the coolant drain plug.
7. Fill the radiator or coolant overflow tank with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water.
8. Start the engine and let it warm up.
9. Check for leaks.
10. Turn off the engine and top off the coolant if necessary.
