If I sell a car that is not yet register on my name but have the bill of sale consider as vehicle even if it withing 15days or less purchase?

In most jurisdictions, selling a vehicle without a title is illegal. A bill of sale is not sufficient to transfer ownership of a vehicle. You must have the title in your name before you can sell it.
