The power steering fluid reservoir is located in the far right corner of the engine bay. It is a round, black plastic reservoir with a yellow cap that says "Power Steering Fluid."
You can replace the power steering fluid by simply removing the cap and adding new fluid. Use only BMW-approved power steering fluid. You can find BMW power steering fluid at most auto parts stores.
