1. Park the Z Force 46 on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the belt cover on the side of the Z Force 46. It is held in place by four bolts.
3. Remove the four bolts and lift off the belt cover.
4. Locate the drive belt. It is the large belt that runs from the engine to the transmission.
5. Loosen the tensioner idler pulley by turning the adjustment bolt counterclockwise.
6. Remove the old drive belt from the pulleys.
7. Install the new drive belt by placing it around the pulleys in the same orientation as the old belt.
8. Tighten the tensioner idler pulley by turning the adjustment bolt clockwise until the belt has about 1/2 inch of deflection.
9. Replace the belt cover and secure it with the four bolts.
10. Start the engine and test the Z Force 46 to make sure the belt is working properly.
