1. Remove battery cover

2. Loosen the hold-downs

3. Remove the ground connection on the battery

4. Remove positive connection

5. Lift battery out of the vehicle

Audi A6 2.0L Engine

1. Unclip and pry off the plastic cover

2. Loosen the hold-down clamp

3. Disconnect negative terminal

4. Disconnect the positive terminal

5. Remove battery tray

6. Lift battery out of tray
