1. Open the trunk.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the rear seat in place.
3. Lift the rear seat up and out of the way.
4. You will now see the convertible top motor. It is located on the left side of the trunk, behind the wheel well.
The convertible top motor is responsible for opening and closing the convertible top. If you are having problems with your convertible top, it is possible that the motor is not working properly. You can check the motor by following these steps:
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the motor in place.
3. Lift the motor up and out of the way.
4. Inspect the motor for any damage. If you see any damage, the motor will need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable working on your car, you can take it to a mechanic to have the convertible top motor replaced.
