1. Ensure that all doors and the trunk are closed.
2. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position. Do not start the engine.
3. Press and hold the "ALARM" button on the remote key fob for at least 5 seconds. The horn will sound and the turn signal lights will flash to confirm that the alarm has been activated.
4. Release the "ALARM" button.
5. Turn the ignition key to the "ACC" position or remove it from the ignition.
6. The alarm is now set. When the alarm is triggered, the horn will sound and the turn signal lights will flash.
To deactivate the alarm, simply unlock the car with the remote key fob or insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position.
