Locate the transmission oil fill plug. It is located on the side of the transmission, near the top. It is a 17mm hex bolt.
Remove the transmission oil fill plug. Be careful not to drop the bolt into the transmission.
Insert a funnel into the transmission oil fill hole.
Add transmission fluid to the transmission until it begins to overflow out of the fill hole.
Replace the transmission oil fill plug.
Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
Check the transmission fluid level again. Add more fluid if necessary.
