* Balloons: You will need two balloons for your car. One balloon will be used for the body of the car, and the other will be used for the wheels.
* Straws: You will need two straws for your car. The straws will be used to connect the wheels to the body of the car.
* Tape: You will need some tape to secure the balloons to the straws and to attach the wheels to the body of the car.
* Scissors: You will need scissors to cut the straws and the balloons.
Instructions:
1. Inflate one of the balloons to about half its full size.
2. Cut the other balloon in half.
3. Attach the two halves of the balloon to the inflated balloon using tape. This will form the body of your car.
4. Cut the straws in half.
5. Insert one end of each straw into one of the holes in the body of the car.
6. Inflate the other balloon and attach it to the ends of the straws. This will form the wheels of your car.
7. Use tape to secure the wheels to the body of the car.
Your balloon car is now ready to race!
