- Use a tension gauge or belt deflection gauge to verify the drive belt tension. Measure it at the longest straight span between the pulleys.

8. Final Inspection:
- Double-check that the drive belt is correctly seated on the pulleys and securely tightened.
- Visually inspect the entire belt path to ensure there are no obstacles that might interfere with the belt operation.
9. Reconnect the Battery:
- Once satisfied with the installation, reconnect the battery.
10. Test the Drive Belt:
- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. Observe if the drive belt system operates smoothly and doesn't slip or make unusual noises.
11. Complete the Service:
- If everything is working as intended, you can lower your tractor and complete any additional maintenance tasks you intended to perform.
