* The fuse box for a 1997 Ford E-450 motorhome is located under the driver's seat.
* Remove the 4 bolts that hold the seat in place and lift it up. The fuse box will be located on the floor, under the carpet.
* The turn signal flasher relay is located in the fuse box. Once the fuse box has been accessed. The turn signal flasher relay is a small cylindrical device that is about an inch long.
* Remove the old relay by gently prying it out of its socket. Install the new relay by pressing it into the socket until it clicks into place.
* Replace the seat and start the engine. The turn signals should now be working properly.
