1. Obey the speed limit and any other posted signs. Trucks are often slower than cars, so be patient and do not drive faster than the posted speed limit.
2. Use your turn signals well in advance of any lane changes. This will help truck drivers stay aware of your intentions and make it easier for them to merge or yield to you.
3. Give trucks plenty of space when passing. Trucks have wide turning radiuses, so they need more space to maneuver than cars. When passing a truck, be sure to leave at least 10 feet of space between your vehicle and the truck.
