Can you return a new car in Oregon?

Oregon has a "cooling-off" period that allows buyers to return a new car within two business days of purchase. There are some vehicles exempted under the cooling-off period. The vehicle purchaser or lessee (the "buyer") has certain rights. The dealer must provide a written contract at least 3 days prior to purchase which explains their rights in detail, including the right to cancel after 3 days, with the full amount paid returned within 10 days of cancellation.
