1. Remove the upper radiator hose.
2. Locate the thermostat housing on the engine block near the top of the cylinder head.
3. Remove the two bolts that secure the thermostat housing.
4. Lift off the thermostat housing and remove the old thermostat.
5. Clean the thermostat housing and mating surface.
6. Install a new thermostat, ensuring it is seated correctly.
7. Reinstall the thermostat housing and tighten the bolts.
8. Reattach the upper radiator hose.
9. Refill the cooling system with coolant.
