How do you check transmission oil on 07 300 Chrysler?

To check the transmission oil on a 2007 Chrysler 300, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on level ground and turn off the engine. Allow the vehicle to cool down for a few minutes.

2. Open the hood of the vehicle.

3. Locate the transmission oil dipstick. It is usually located near the back of the engine compartment on the driver's side. The dipstick may be marked with a yellow or orange handle.

4. Pull the dipstick out of the transmission oil dipstick tube and wipe it clean with a clean rag or paper towel.

5. Reinsert the dipstick into the tube until it is fully seated.

6. Pull the dipstick out again and check the oil level. The oil level should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.

7. If the oil level is low, add transmission oil through the dipstick tube. Use a funnel to avoid spilling oil.

8. Reinsert the dipstick and check the oil level again. Make sure the oil level is between the "Full" and "Add" marks.

9. Replace the dipstick and close the hood of the vehicle.
