1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Open the trunk and remove the screws holding the trunk liner in place.
3. Remove the wheel arch liners by removing the screws and pulling them out.
4. Use a jack to support the rear of the vehicle. (Never work underneath a car supported only by a jack.)
5. Locate the bolts that secure the bumper to the chassis.
6. Remove the bolts and carefully pull the bumper off the vehicle, starting from one side and working your way across.
7. Disconnect any electrical connectors or hoses that are attached to the bumper.
8. Remove the old bumper and set it aside.
9. To install the new bumper, simply reverse the removal process.
NOTE: Depending on the year and model of your Citroen C3 Picasso, some of the steps may vary slightly. If you are unsure of how to remove the rear bumper, it is best to consult a professional mechanic.
