Where is oxygen sensor located on 2001 Jeep Wrangler?

There are two oxygen sensors on the 2001 Jeep Wrangler.

Upstream oxygen sensor:

- Located in front of the catalytic converter, on the exhaust manifold.

- Connected to the engine control unit (ECU) by an electrical wiring connector

Downstream oxygen sensor:

- Located after the catalytic converter, in the exhaust pipe.

- Also connected to the ECU by an electrical wiring connector
