Where is the EGR valve on a 1998 Chevy Cavalier Z24?

1. Open the hood of your vehicle and locate the engine.

2. Find the intake manifold, which is located on the top of the engine.

3. The EGR valve is located on the side of the intake manifold, towards the front of the vehicle.

4. The EGR valve is usually held in place by two bolts.

5. To remove the EGR valve, simply remove the two bolts and lift it out of the intake manifold.
