Instructions:
1. Disconnect Battery:
Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety.
2. Remove Original Springs and Shocks:
- Remove the rear wheels.
- Use a jack and stands to support the car securely.
- Remove the bolts holding the rear shocks and springs.
- Disassemble the shocks, carefully noting the placement of the rubber isolators.
3. Install Air Bags:
- Install the air bags into the original spring seats.
- Insert the air fitting from the air bag through the center hole of the lower spring seat.
- Secure the air bag with the original hardware.
4. Install Upper Shock Mounts:
- Install the provided upper shock mounts.
- Secure them in place using the original bolts.
5. Install Shocks:
- Reinstall the shocks using the original hardware.
6. Reinstall Wheels:
- Ensure the air suspension system is properly aligned and installed securely.
- Reinstall the wheels.
7. Connect Air Compressor:
- Mount the air compressor in a suitable location.
- Connect the air lines to the compressor and air tank.
8. Connect Air Lines:
- Connect the air lines to the air bags.
- Secure the air lines with zip ties or clamps.
9. Finalize Electrical Connections:
- Connect the electrical wiring of the air suspension system according to the kit's instructions.
- Connect the compressor power wire to a 12-volt source, such as the battery or fuse box.
10. Install Controls:
- Install the provided control panel or switch in a convenient location.
11. Test the System:
- Turn on the air compressor and adjust the air pressure in the bags to the desired level.
- Check for any leaks or issues.
12. Reconnect Battery:
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
