1. Gather the necessary materials: a new CR2450 battery and a small flathead screwdriver.
2. Locate the key release button on the side of the key fob. Press the button and pull out the metal key.
3. Use the screwdriver to pry the back cover of the key fob open. Be careful not to damage the cover or the internal components.
4. Remove the old battery from the key fob.
5. Insert the new CR2450 battery into the key fob, making sure that the positive (+) side of the battery is facing up.
6. Replace the back cover of the key fob and press it firmly until it snaps shut.
7. Test the key fob to make sure it is working properly.

- Make sure that you have the correct battery. Using the wrong battery can damage the key fob.
