1. Disconnect the battery. This is an important safety precaution that will help to prevent any electrical accidents.
2. Remove the steering wheel. You will need a special steering wheel puller tool to do this.
3. Remove the instrument cluster. There are four screws that hold the instrument cluster in place. Remove these screws and then carefully pull the instrument cluster out of the dash.
4. Remove the center console. There are four screws that hold the center console in place. Remove these screws and then lift the center console up and out of the dash.
5. Remove the glove box. There are two screws that hold the glove box in place. Remove these screws and then pull the glove box out of the dash.
6. Remove the radio. There are four screws that hold the radio in place. Remove these screws and then pull the radio out of the dash.
7. Remove the heater controls. There are four screws that hold the heater controls in place. Remove these screws and then pull the heater controls out of the dash.
8. Remove the dash pad. There are several screws and bolts that hold the dash pad in place. Remove these screws and bolts and then carefully pull the dash pad off of the dash.
9. Remove the dash frame. There are four bolts that hold the dash frame in place. Remove these bolts and then carefully lift the dash frame off of the dash.
Once the dash frame is removed, you will have full access to the back of the dash and can begin to remove the components that you need to install your new dash.
