2. Open the hood of the van and locate the fuse box. It is usually located near the battery.
3. Remove the cover of the fuse box.
4. Locate the flasher relay. It is usually located in the fuse box.
5. Pull the flasher relay out of the fuse box.
6. Replace the flasher relay with a new one.
7. Replace the cover of the fuse box.
8. Reconnect the negative battery cable to the battery.
9. Test the turn signals to make sure they are working properly.
